Protein - There are many types of proteins that give your body energy:
lean meats – beef, lamb, veal, pork, kangaroo
poultry – chicken, turkey, duck, emu, goose
fish and seafood – fish, prawns, crab, lobster, mussels, oysters, scallops, clams.
